Speaking at a press conference in the newly renovated Bagauda Kaltho
Press Centre at the Secretariat, Alausa; Commissioner of Information and
strategy, Steve Ayorinde described the return of OLF as a consolidation
of last year’s success that saw hundreds of thousands of Lagosians
attend live events while millions more watched online.
He was joined by A-list Nigerians entertainers such as Fuji legend
Adewale Ayuba, Muma Gee Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham as well as
government officials.
Like the 2016 edition, One Lagos Fiesta this year would hold in five
different locations within the state: Agege stadium- Agege, Badagary
Grammar School – Badagry Grammar School, Epe – Epe Marina, Ikorodu-
Ikorodu Town Hall and Victoria Island-Bar Beach for the first 7 days and
Eko Atlantic City on the crossover night, 31st December 2017.
In addition to the hundred-strong musicians that would be performing,
Lagos Grows Talent- an improvement of Lagos Got Talent- would continue
to discover and develop fresh talents.
One Lagos Fiesta starts on December 24 through 31st and is the single largest event on the African continent.
